骨复生胶囊对实验性激素性股骨头缺血坏死家兔IGF-1的影响

目的:探讨中药骨复生胶囊治疗激素性股骨头缺血坏死的机制。方法:32只日本大耳白兔被随机分为空白对照组(n=12),造模组(n=20)。造模组肌注醋酸泼尼松龙(0.32mg.kg-1.d-1)8w,分别在第6周、第8周处死每组动物2只。8w后将造模组剩余动物随机分为2组:骨复生组(A组)及造模组(B组)。原空白对照组剩余动物组成空白组(C组)。A组给予骨复生煎液灌胃,B组和C组均给予生理盐水灌胃。治疗4w后,采血应用放射免疫法(RIA)测定胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)水平。结果:模型组IGF-1水平较空白组IGF-1水平轻度升高(P<0.05);骨复生组IGF-1水平较模型组IGF-1水平明显升高(P<0.01)。结论::中药骨复生可提高IGF-1水平,从而促进坏死组织的修复。

Effect of Gufusheng Capsule on IGF- 1 of Rabbits with Steroid - induced Avascular Necrosis of Femoral Head

Objective:To investigate the mechanism of Gufusheng capsule for repairing the necrotic tissue of Steroid-induced Avascular necrosis of Femoral head(SANFH). Methods:Thirty-two rabbits were divided into void group (n=12) and model group (n=20) at random firstly. Prednisone Acetate was injected to model group .In the 6th and 8th week, two rabbits of the two groups were killed respectively to observe whether the model was successful. Then model group was divided into GFS group(A group) and model group(B group). They formed the three groups together with the residual of void group(C group).The GFS group was given GFS. The two latter groups were all given physiological saline. After 4 weeks' treatment, the level of Insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1)of serum in the three groups was examined in RIA method.Results:The level of IGF-1 in model group is slightly higher than that in void group (P<0.05).But the level of IGF-1 in GFS group is significantly higher than that in model group (P<0.01). Conclusion:GFS can treat Steroid-induced Avascular necrosis of Femoral head by increasing the level of IGF-1.
