| 摘 要： | 目的:研究骨痛膏的抗炎镇痛作用,并观察骨痛膏的急性毒性试验。方法:采用足爪肿胀法和耳廓肿胀法验证骨痛膏的抗炎作用;采用热板法和扭体法观察骨痛膏的镇痛作用。结果:骨痛膏显著抑制大鼠足爪肿胀和蛋清致小鼠耳廓肿胀,明显提高了小鼠的痛阈,减少了醋酸致小鼠扭体次数,且无任何急性毒性反应。结论:骨痛膏有显著的抗炎镇痛作用,外用安全。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the anti-inflammatory and analgesic action of Gutong herb paste,and to observe its acute toxicity.Methods:Anti-inflammatory action was observed by the methods of foot-swelling and auricle swelling.Analgesic action was observed by the methods of hot plate test and writhing test.Results:Gutong herb paste significantly inhibited paw edema,and auricle swelling induced by dimethylbenzene,obviously increased mice's pain threshold and reduced the times of writh induced by acetic acid,and had no acute toxic reaction.Conclusions:Gutong herb paste has notable effects of anti-inflammation and signicant analgetic effects,and is safe for exteral use. |
