摘    要:目的:探寻电针治疗腰椎间盘突出症的有效方法。方法:将全部入组98例患者随机分成治疗组(n=53)与对照组(n=45),分别于局部单穴电针与常规取穴电针治疗,并采用改良ODI量表分别对两组患者腰椎功能进行连续动态观测(共9次)。结果:局部单穴电针与常规取穴电针都可显著改善入组患者腰椎功能,首次治疗后两组ODI评分均较治疗前有显著性差异(P<0.001),但同时间点ODI评分组间比较也分别具有显著性差异(P<0.001),两组总疗效亦具有显著性差异(P<0.001)。结论:局部单穴较常规取穴电针对LIDH具有较好的临床疗效。

Abstract:Objective:To search for an effective therapy for the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation (LIDH). Methods: All 98 cases of LIDH patients were randomly divided into local single-point electro-acupuncture stimulation (SPEAS) group(n=53) and conventional electro-acupuncture stimulation (CEAS) control group(n=45), each group was continuously evaluated with ODI before every treatment and 2 days after the 8~ th treatment (9 times altogether). SPEAS and CEAS subjects were treated with the same time, intensity and frequency acupuncture. Results:The dynamic evaluation results of ODI have presented significant differences than baseline since the second treatment (P<0.001) both in the two groups. However, the changing range of the two observation indexes of SPEAA group was more significant than those in the other group (P<0.001) at the same time point. Conclusion:The significant differe in ODI show that administration of SPEAS is more effective than CEAS.
