仰卧前屈拔伸牵引法治疗中老年神经根型颈椎病

目的：探讨仰卧前屈拔伸牵引法治疗中老年神经根型颈椎病的临床效果。方法：62例中老年神经根型颈椎病患者采用仰卧前屈拔伸牵引法治疗，分别于首次治疗后即刻、2周、5月后采用VAS评分、JOA评分进行疗效评价。结果：首次治疗后即刻、2周MPQ改善明显；经过2～3个疗程的治疗，VAS评分、JOA评分改善情况明显改善，治疗前后差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论：仰卧前屈拔伸牵引法能迅速改善患者疼痛症状；治疗中老年退行性神经根型颈椎病效果确切。

Clinical Study of Back-lying and Forward-bending Traction in the Treatment of Middle and Old-aged Patients with Cervical Syndrome of Nerve Root Type

Objective：To explore the clinical efficacy of back--lying and forward--bending traction （BFT） in the treatment of middle and old--aged patients with cervical syndrome （CS） of nerve root type. Methods：Sixty--two cases with CS of nerve root type were treated with BFT. VAS and JOA scales were used to evaluate curative effect at 0 day, the 2nd week and 5th month after treatment, respectively. Results： Patients＂ pain was immediately and remarkably improved after the first treatment. After 2-3 courses of treatment, the scores of VAS and ]OA improved manifestly and there was significant difference between the results before and after the treatment （P〈0.01）. During the follow--up period, patients＂ symptoms continued to be relieved. No spinal nerve injury occurred which was related to traction technique. Conclusion： The treatment of BFT can relieve pain immediately and is an effective method for CS of nerve root type.
