| 摘 要： | 目的：观察手法治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的效果。方法：对３０例患者采用魏氏伤科手法治疗，并通过多普勒超声检查左、右二侧椎动脉（ＶＡ）的收缩期峰流速（ＳＰＶ）、舒张期末流速（ＥＤＶ）和搏动指数（ＰＩ）、阻力指数（ＲＩ），并作治疗前后对照观察，统计分析。结果：左、右二侧ＶＡ的ＳＰＶ及ＥＤＶ值经治疗后明显增加，恢复或接近正常范围，而ＰＩ及ＲＩ值明显下降。结论：手法后脑血供情况改善，从而缓解颈部的症状与体征。

| Abstract: | Objective:To assess the effect of manipulation on cervical spondylosis.Methods:30 cases of patients with cervical spondylosis were treated with Wei's manipulation,and doppler ultrasonic indices of vertebral artery (VA),such as peak systolic velocity(SPV),end diastolic velocity(EDV),pulsatility index(PI),and resistance index(RI),were examined before and after treatmen,and analyzed statistically.Results:The SPV and EDV of Bilateral VA were significantly elevated to or near to normal level after treatment,while PI and RI dropped significantly.Conclusion:The blood supply of the brain could be improved by manipulation,and the symptoms and signs of the cervical area were alleviated consequently. |
