按中医分型治疗股骨头坏死疗效观察

目的：探讨理疗及药物治疗对按中医分型各型股骨头坏死患者疗效的差异。方法：将236例患者随机分为治疗组及对照组,治疗组行理疗及西医降脂、中医滋补肝肾药物治疗,对照组行理疗治疗,治疗前及治疗3月后分别按病情轻重程度评定,并给予一定分值,将治疗前后分值差作为疗效的评定指标,对最终结果进行统计学卡方检验。结果：中医分型气滞血淤型组疗效明显,而痰淤阻络型、经络痹阻型、肝肾亏虚型未使用药物治疗时疗效与气滞血淤型组疗效差异显著,配合药物治疗后疗效与气滞血淤型组无明显差异。结论：理疗配合药物治疗可明显提高本病治疗疗效。

Observation on Therapeutic Effects of Femoral Head Necrosis based on TCM Differentiation

Objective： To observe the therapeutic differences of femoral head necrosis treated by physiotherapy and drug treatment based on TCM differentiation.Methods： Two hundred and thirty-six patients with femoral head necrosis were ramdomly divided into two groups： the treatment group was treated with physiotherapy and drug treatment while control group with physiotherapy.The course of treatment lasted 3 months.The severity of the disease was assessed by giving corresponding points both before and 3 months after the treatment and the changes in points were analyzed in the end.Results： Obvious improvements were shown in qi stagnation and blood stasis type.Compared to qi stagnation and blood stasis type,there were significant differences in the types of phlegm-stasis blocking collateral,numbness blockage of channels type and liver-kidney asthenia without drug treatment,but with drug treatment,there were no remarkable differences between qi stagnation and blood stasis type and other types.Conclusion： Physiotherapy combining drug treatment could obviously improve curative effect of femoral head necrosis.
