仙灵骨葆治疗老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩骨折疗效观察

目的：观察中药仙灵骨葆胶囊治疗老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩骨折的疗效。方法：将符合老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折88例，随机分成两组，治疗组40例，对照组48例，治疗组每次口服仙灵骨葆胶囊3粒，每日3次，连服3个月为一个疗程。对照组第一周每日肌注鲑鱼降钙素501U；第二周隔日肌注501U；第三周以后每周肌注501U；连续使用10501U，共21支，时间3个月。观察骨折及骨痛等临床症状，测定骨密度情况及毒副反应。结果：止痛效果、骨折愈合时间、骨折3月后治疗腰椎、髋部平均骨密度无显著性差异（P〉0．05），两组均末发现明显不良反应。结论：仙灵骨葆胶囊是治疗老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩骨折有效而且安全的药物。

Curative Effect of Xianlinggubao Capsule on Thoracolumbar Burst Fracture in Senile Patients with Osteoporosis

Objective： To observe the curative effect of Chinese medicine Xianlinggubao Capsule （XC） on thoracolumbar burst fracture in senile patients with osteoporosis. Methods： Eighty-eight senile osteoporosis patients with thoracolumbar burst fracture were enrolled and randomly divided into 2 groups. Forty cases in treatment group were treated with XC, 3 capsules per time and thrice a day. The treatment course lasted 3 months. Meanwhile, 48 cases in control group were given 50 IU salmon calcitonin see calcimar via intramuscular injection once a day in the first week, once every two days in the second week and once every week from the third week on. There treatment course was also 3 months and there were 21 injections altogether. Clinical symptoms such as fracture and ostalgia were observed. Bone mineral density （BMD） and side effect were recorded after treatment. Results： There were no significant differences in the antalgic effect, time for union of fracture and the mean BMD in lumbar and hip between the two groups after treatment （P〉0.05）. No adverse reaction was found either group. Conclusion： XC was a safe and effective drug in treating thoracolumbar burst fracture in senile patients with osteoporosis.
