松凝分筋手法治疗膝骨关节病的实验研究

目的：松凝分筋手法治疗膝关节骨关节病在临床上取得了满意的疗效，为求证该手法的治疗作用并探讨其机理，进行了该项实验研究。方法：据Videman T的方法将兔膝关节于伸直位石膏固定6周制作骨关节病模型，将动物模型随机分3组进行试验。手法治疗组以松凝分筋手法治疗兔患膝，隔日1次；药物治疗组喂服壮骨关节丸，每天0.5克；空白对照组仅喂养饲料，观察6周。结果：药物对照组和空白对照组模兔患膝活动度明显受限，关节液异常，滑膜增生，镜显示关节软骨细胞萎缩，数量减少，核浓缩，软骨基质钙化障碍；手法治疗组模兔患膝活动度明显增大，功能良好，关节液性状与健侧无明显区别，滑膜无明显增生，镜下显示软骨膜、软骨细胞清晰，排列正常，软骨骨化规则，显著优于药物及空白对照组。结论：该手法具有良好的促进关节软骨修复，消退滑膜炎症及改善关节功能的作用。

Experimental Research in Treatment of the Osteoarthrosis in Knee Joint by the Hand Skill of Loosening Congealation and Separation Tendon

Purpose:We had used the hand skill of loosening congealation and separating tendon to treat the osteoarthrosis in knee joint and obtained a satisfied clinical effect. To probe into the mechanism of this method, we had researched the experiment.Method:According to the method of Videman T, knee joints of the sample rabbits had been fixed in straight position by gypsum for 6 weeks as osteoarthrosis model. Divide the sample animals into 3 groups randomly. The hand skill group were treated by the hand skill of loosening congealation and separating tendon every other day; The pharmaceutical contrast group were fed by a half gram of bone joint tonic every day; The blank contrast group were fed only fodder for 6 weeks.Result:In the pharmaceutical contrast group and the blank contrast group, the ill knee activity range of sample rabbits was obviously limited, the joint liquid became abnormal, the synovial membrane was proliferated. And under the microscope, it showed the cartilage cell in joint withered down and the quantity reduced, the cell nucleus concentrated, the cartilage base calcification was hindered; In the hand skill group, the ill knee activity range clearly enlarged, function was well, and there was no obvious difference of the joint liquid property compared with that at healthy side, there was no clear proliferation of synovial membrane and under microscope,the cartilage membrane and the cartilage cell were clear, range was normal,cartilage ossified regularly, clinical effect was notably superior to that of the pharmaceutical contrast group and the blank contrast group.Conclusion:This hand skill has a good effect for accelerating joint cartilage restoration,alleviating synovitis and improving joint function.
