| 摘 要： | 目的：观察椎管内注药加牵引合并推拿手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法：取腰椎间盘突出症患者80例，随机分为椎管内注药加牵引合并推拿手法治疗组40例(治疗组)，单纯牵引或推拿手法治疗组40例(对照组)，观察比较两疗效。结果：治疗组治愈率72．5％，总有效率95％；对照组治愈率50％，总有效率82．5％，二者经统计学处理，有显著差异(P＜0．05)。结论：椎管内注药加牵引合并推拿手法疗效优于单纯牵引或推拿手法治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the clinical effect of intravertebral injection plus traction and massage on Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Prolapse (LIDP).Methods:80 cases of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Prolapse were divided randomly into treatment group (40 cases,treated with intravertebral injection plus traction and massage) and control group (40 cases,merely treated with traction or massage).Two groups were observed and compared.Results:The cure rate of the treatment group was 72.5%, and the total effective rate 95%;the cure rate of thecontrol group was 50%,and the total effective rate 82.5%.The difference of effects was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Treating with intravertebral injection plus traction and massage is better than merely treating with traction or massage. |
