| 摘 要： | 目的:总结中西医结合治疗桡骨远端不稳定性骨折的可行性和实效性。方法:2007年2月～2009年12月,采用掌侧入路切开复位,"T"型锁定钢板螺钉内固定,配合中草药熏洗治疗桡骨远端不稳定性骨折57例,其中"T"型锁定钢板螺钉内固定49例,锁定钢板螺钉加克氏针内固定2例,外固定架固定1例,有骨缺损自体髂骨植入的4例,人工骨植入的1例。结果:术后随访3～10个月,X线显示骨折全部愈合,优41例,良12例,可3例,差1例,优良率92.9%。结论:掌侧入路、"T"型锁定钢板螺钉内固定,手术创伤小,复位准确,固定可靠,便于操作;功能训练结合中草药熏洗,可减少粘连,有利于关节功能的恢复。
