| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨运用股骨近端锁定加压钢板治疗老年骨质疏松性股骨粗隆间骨折的临床疗效。方法:2006年11月～2008年9月,采用股骨近端锁定加压钢板治疗老年骨质疏松性股骨粗隆间骨折41例,男17例,女24例。年龄65～94岁,平均74.6岁。参照Evans股骨粗隆间骨折分型标准分类:Ⅰ型4例,Ⅱ型3例,Ⅲ型17例,Ⅳ型15例,逆粗型2例。观察疗效。结果:41例患者全部得到随访。随访10～18个月(平均12个月),本组41例患者术中出血200～500mL,平均出血360mL;手术时间50～90min,平均65min;骨折愈合时间12～20周。采用Sanders功能评定标准:优22例,良16例,差3例,优良率为92.68%。结论:股骨近端锁定加压钢板治疗老年骨质疏松性股骨粗隆间骨折具有固定稳定,组织损伤小,骨折愈合率高等优点,具有良好的临床应用价值。
