| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨强肾密骨液外用电渗方法治疗原发性骨质疏松症的疗效机理。方法：抽选老年及绝经后骨质疏松症患者80例，治疗组40例强肾密骨液外用电渗治疗，对照组40例口服龙牡壮骨冲剂治疗，分别测取治疗前后BMC／BW，E2，Testo,BGP。结果：治疗组与对照组治疗后血清E2，Testo及骨密度值均有升高（P＜0．01和P＜0．05）两组治疗前后差值比较，治疗组或高值明显高于对照组（P＜0．01）。两组治疗后BGP变化无意义（P＞0．05）。结论：强肾密骨液外用电渗治疗原发性骨质疏松症，通过调节性激素，增高骨密度，从而发挥临床作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To inqinto the curative effect mechanism of iontophoresis of Qiang shen Migu liquid,used in the treatment of progenic osteoporsis.Methods:The clinical data of 80 cases of osteoporsis that divided into the iontophoresis of Qiang shen Mige liquid treatment group and the control group.Determinations of the BMC/BW?E 2?Testo?BGP?were carried ont before and after the treatment.Results:In the treatment group and the control group.The levels of BMC/BW?E 2?Testo can be increased after treatment (P<0.01 and P<0.05)and the treatment is higher than the control group(P<0.01),but the BGP level of two groups aren't difference(P>0.05),after treatment.Conclusion:Iontophoresis of Qiang shen used in treating progenic osteoporsis could make significant clinical effects by adjusting sex hormone and improving BMD |
