| 摘 要： | 目的：观察三步理筋手法与口服颈痛颗粒联合治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法：采用自身治疗前、后症状和体征积分变化对比的方法,观察三步理筋手法联合颈痛颗粒治疗30例神经根型颈椎病患者的临床疗效。结果：30例患者中痊愈26例,显效3例,无效1例。结论：采用三步理筋手法联合颈痛颗粒治疗神经根性颈椎病疗效确定,有较好的临床推广价值。

| Abstract: | Objective：To observer the clinical effect of three-step manipulation combined with Jingtong Keli on nerve root cervical spondylosis （NRCS）. Methods：The signs and symptoms were observed before and after treatment to observe the clinical effect.Results：Twenty-six cases were cured, 3 cases were significantly improved, and 1 case was ineffective. Conclusion：Three-step manipulation combined with Jingtong KeLi is effective in NRCS, deserving further clinical application. |
