髓芯减压植骨术结合中药治疗早中期股骨头缺血性坏死临床观察

目的:探讨髓芯减压植骨术结合中药治疗早中期股骨头缺血性坏死的临床疗效。方法:对我院2007年10月～2009年9月股骨头缺血性坏死(FicatⅠ、Ⅱ期)患者30例采用髓芯减压植骨术结合中药辨证分型治疗,并与单用髓芯减压植骨术治疗进行对照观察。结果:术后行X线检查及2组治疗前后主要临床症状积分情况比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:与单用髓芯减压植骨术对比,髓芯减压植骨术结合中药治疗早中期股骨头缺血性坏死疗效明显提高,且治疗简单。

Clinical Observation on Early and Middle Stage of Avascular Necrosis of Femoral Head treated with Core Decompression and Bone Grafting combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine

Objective：To evaluate the clinical effect of the core decompression and bone grafting combined traditional Chinese medicine for treatment of patients in the early and middle stage of avascular necrosis of femoral head.Methods：Thirty patients of avascular necrosis of femoral head（Ficat I,II period）who went to our hospital from October 2007 to September 2009 were treated with core decompression and bone grafting combined with syndrome differentiation therapy of Chinese medicine,and the controlled group was treated with core decompression and bone grafting alone.After the surgery,X-ray was done,and the clinical symptom score of two groups before and after the treatment were compared.Results：It showed that there was significant difference between the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion：Compared with core decompression and bone grafting alone,core decompression and bone grafting combined with traditional Chinese medicine is simple and more effective in treating patients in the early and middle stage of this disease.
