中医整脊手法配合中药治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效观察

目的:观察整脊手法配合自拟蠲痹汤治疗颈椎病的临床疗效,探讨整脊手法治疗颈椎病的机理和方法。方法:60例神经根型颈椎病患者,随机分为2组各30例,治疗组予整脊手法配合自拟蠲痹汤治疗,对照组仅以自拟蠲痹汤口服。3个疗程(10d/1疗程)后评价疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为96.67%,对照组为86.67%,治疗组优于对照组。2组症状体征总积分下降组间(组内)比较差异有统计学意义,治疗组优于对照组(P0.05)。结论:中医整脊手法配合自拟蠲痹汤综合治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical Observation on the Ccurative Effects of Treatment on Cervical Spondylosis of Nerve-root by Orthopedic Manipulation and TCM

Objective：To explore the effects of Yibi decoction and orthopedic manipulation on cervical spondylosis of nerve-root type （CSNRT）, and to explore the mechanism and methods of orthopedic manipulation in treating CSNRT. Methods：60 patients were randomly divided into two groups including treatment group and control group （30 cases in each group）. Patients in treatment group were treated with Yibi decoction and orthopedic manipulation, while those of control group treated with Yibi decoction only. The curative effects were evaluated 30 days later. Results：The total effective rate was 96.67% in treatment group and 86.67% in control group, which showed significant difference between the two groups （P0.05）. And there was a statistical difference of accumulated scores between and within two groups after 30 days, treatment group better than controlled group （P0.05）. Conclusion： Yibi decoction and orthopedic manipulation perform well in the treatment of CSNRT, and it is worth popularizing in clinical application.
