中药熏蒸加针刺辅助治疗高龄女性骨质疏松性腰背痛

目的：观察中药熏蒸联合针刺疗法辅助治疗高龄女性骨质疏松性腰背痛的疗效。方法：将我院骨伤科自2012年1月～2013年5月收治的50例以腰背痛为主要症状的高龄女性骨质疏松患者随机分为两组，治疗组在规范的抗骨质疏松治疗基础上加行中药熏蒸及针刺治疗，对照组单纯行规范的抗骨质疏松治疗作为对照组，在治疗后1周、2周后对患者腰背痛评分并进行统计学分析。结果：两组治疗1周后、2周后JOA评分与治疗前比较，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；治疗2周后JOA评分相对于治疗1周后，差异具有统计学意义并且治疗组优于对照组。结论：对于高龄女性骨质疏松腰背痛患者，在规范的抗骨质疏松治疗基础上，辅用中药熏蒸及针刺疗法，能够更快的缓解患者腰背痛。

Clinical Research of Osteoporotic Lumbodorsal Pain in Elderly Women with Traditional Chinese Medicine Fumigation and Acupuncture Assisted Therapy

Objective： To observe the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combine with acupuncture on elderly female with osteoporotic lumbodorsal pain. Methods： 50 elderly women patients of osteoporosis with low back pain as the main symptoms who were treated in the department of orthopedics and traumatology of our hospital from Janu- ary 2012 to May 2013 were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group was treated by fumigation of Chinese medicine and acupuncture which added to the base treatment of standard anti osteoporosis , while the control group was on- ly treated with standard anti osteoporosis treatment, 1 week.2 weeks after the therapy , patients were evaluated with low back pain scores and statistical analysis. Results： 1 week.2 weeks after the treatment , the JOA scores of the two groups rised compared with before , the difference was statistically significant and the treatment group was better than the control group~ After 2 weeks of treatment compared with 1 week the JOA score changed, the difference was statistically significant and the treatment group was better than the control group. Conclusion： To elderly women patients with osteoporosis back pain, added to the base of standard osteoporosis treatment , assisted with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combine with acupuncture, quicker remission would be get in patients with lumhodorsal pain.
