| 摘 要： | 目的:观察微调推拿手法治疗颈性眩晕的近期临床效果。方法:将69例颈性眩晕患者随机分为两组。治疗组35例,采用微调推拿手法治疗;对照组34例,采用颈椎牵引治疗。观察治疗前后颈性眩晕症状、功能评分及椎动脉供血情况。结果:采用自身及组间对照,治疗组颈性眩晕症状与功能评分均有明显提高,差异有显著性(P<0.01〉;两组治疗前后通过经颅多普勒(TCD)联合磁共振血管成像(MRA)检查感兴趣侧椎动脉供血情况,治疗组改善明显优于对照组。结论:微调推拿手法治疗颈性眩晕疗效优于颈椎牵引。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the clinic effect of on cervical vertigo micrao-regulating massage.Methods:Sixty-nine cases of patients were randomly divided into the experimantal group (n=35)treated with micro-regulating massage and the control group(n=34) treated with traction.Results:The difference was significant (p<0.01).After the treatment, the results of the blood supply of cervical artery measured by TCD and MRA in the experiment group were better than those in the control group.Conlusion:The clinic effect of micro-regulating massage on cervial vertigo is better than that of tration . |
