临床路径在腰椎间盘突出症保守治疗中的应用评价

目的:评价临床路径在腰椎间盘突出症保守治疗中的应用效果。方法:通过制订临床路径,将实施临床路径前后病人的住院天数、医疗费用、健康知识评分、满意度进行比较。结果:实施临床路径后,提高了医务人员工作主动性,加强了医患沟通,患者住院天数、医疗费用下降,健康知识掌握情况、满意度均提高。统计学分析差异有显著性。结论:临床路径作为一种新型的医疗质量管理模式,值得在临床推广应用。

Evaluation on the Application Effect of Clinical Pathway in the Expectant Treatment of Lumber Disc Herniation

Objective: To evaluate the applicable effect of clinical pathway in the expectant treatment of lumber disc herniation.Methods:The hospital residence,medical cost,health knowledge score,satisfaction rate were compared before and after the clinical pathway was implemented.Results:After applying the clinical pathway,the activeness of the medical staff was raised,the communication between the doctors and patients was improved,the hospital residence day and medical cost were decreased,and the health knowledge and satisfaction rate of the patients were enhanced,et al.There was a big difference between the two groups.Conclusion:The clinical pathway is worth to be promoted applying in the clinical as a new medical quality management tool.
