| 摘 要： | 目的：观察三抗疗法治疗强直性脊柱炎的疗效，以证明此疗法的正确性。方法：三抗疗法包括用环丙沙星抗菌，柳氮磺砒啶抗炎，中药通痹胶囊抗骨化。用此方法治疗１０５ 例 Ａ Ｓ病例，对照组５２ 例用消炎痛治疗。对比两组病人治疗前后的症状，体征， Ｘ－ 片和化验，作出评估。结果：三抗疗法治疗 Ａ Ｓ的设计是合理的。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the effect of three resisting therapies for ankylosins spondilitis (AS).Methods:The three resisting therapies consist of with ciprofloxacin tablet for antisepsis,with sulfasalazine tablets for anti-inflammatory,with tong-bi capsule for anti-ossification.105 AS cases were treated with the three resisting therapies and 52 AS cases were treated with indomethacia tables as control group.The symptoms,signs,X-ray,laboratory examinations in the groups were contrasted and evaluated.Results:The results showed that all of the indexes were better significantly in treatment group than the control group.Conclusoin:the design of treatment AS with three resistiong therapies is reasoable. |
