双参擦剂治疗强直性脊柱炎的临床研究

目的：观察双参擦剂治疗强直性脊柱炎的临床效果。方法：100例符合强直性脊柱炎标准的患者,随机分为2组：治疗组50例,外用双参擦剂配合手法治疗;对照组50例,手法治疗。2组疗程均为1个月。结果：经过1个月的治疗,两组腰背痛指数、晨僵持续时间、胸廓活动度3项指标较治疗前均显著降低,且治疗组上述指标改善值优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：双参擦剂是治疗强直性脊柱炎安全有效的方法。

The Clinical Research of Ankylosing Spondylitis Treated with Shuangshen Liniment

objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of the shuangshen liniment on the treatment to ankylosing spondylitis.Methods: one hundred patients with ankylosing sondylitis were randomly divided into 2 groups: the treatment group(50 cases) and the control group.Patients in the treatment group were treated with topical shuangshen liniment;the manual therapies were given to the patients in the control group.The therapeutic course for both groups was one months.Results: After one months’ treatment,there were significant difference in the low back pain index,duration of morning stiffness and chest expansion in the two group(P<0.05).Conclusion: It is a safe and effective method for the shuangshen liniment applied in ankylosing sondylitis.
