消髓化核汤治疗青少年腰椎间盘突出症临床研究——附23例临床小结

摘    要:目的:探讨青少年腰椎间盘突出症患者经消髓化核汤治疗后,其临床症状及影像学的转归趋势。方法:以2009年7月~20011年10月因腰椎间盘突出症经消髓化核汤治疗,资料完整的23例为研究对象,按JOA下腰痛评分标准(29分法)和MRI吸收率对病人转归进行分析评定。结果:JOA评分治疗前、后平均分比较差异有统计学意义。MRI前后对比测量发现。13.04%(3/23)发生缩小,发生明显缩小的1例为巨大型游离型的腰椎间盘突出。另2例突出物中等程度缩小的1例为后纵韧带后型突出,1例为巨大型游离型的突出。结论:大部分青少年腰椎间盘突出症患者经消髓化核汤治疗后临床症状均能得到显著改善,小部分患者存在一定程度的突出物重吸收现象。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the clinical symptoms and imaging trends of adolescent patients with lumbar disc herniation(LDH) after treating with Xiaosuihuahe decoction.Methods:Twenty-three adolescents with LDH treated with Xiaosuihuahe decoction in our hospital from July 2009 to October 2011,and the complete data were reviewed.The low back pain,JOA scores(29 points),and MRI absorption rate were used to evaluate prognosis of the patients.Results:The average JOA score were 13.96 points and 20.00 points before and after treatment respectively(P<0.05).We found that 13.04%(3/23) LDH become smaller from MRI measurements.One case which became significantly small was giant free-type LDH,and other two cases of moderate prominence were the type of posterior longitudinal ligament and giant free-type LDH.Conclusion:The clinical symptoms of most adolescents with LDH can be significantly improved by Xiaosuihuahe decoction.The absorption can be observed in part adolescents with LDH.
