肛欣冲剂治疗肛肠疾病80例疗效观察

目的:观察肛欣冲剂熏洗治疗肛肠疾病的临床疗效。方法:将肛肠病患者120例随机分为2组。治疗组80例应用肛欣冲剂(由马齿苋、五倍子、蛤蟆草、枳壳、芒硝、冰片等组成)治疗,对照组40例用复方荆芥熏洗剂治疗。2组均以10天为1疗程。结果:治疗组临床治愈43例,显效24例,有效7例,无效6例,总有效率92.5％。对照组临床治愈15例,显效11例,有效5例,无效9例,总有效率77.5％,2组总有效率比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05),提示治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论:肛欣冲剂在改善肛门疼麻肿胀、下坠、便血、肛门潮湿等常见症状方面,优于复方荆芥熏洗剂。

Treatment of Anorectal Disease by Gangxin Instant Granules:A Clinical Observation of 80 Cases

objective: To observe the curative effect of fumiga- tion and washing of Gangxin Instant Granules (GIG) for anorectal disease (AD). Methods: 120 cases of AD were allocated to 2 group randomly. The treatment group (80 cases)was treated by fumigation and washing of GIG (composed of Herbal portulacae, Galla Chinen- sis, Herba Potentillae Chinensis, Fructus Aurantii, Natrii Sulfas and Borneolum), and the control group (40 cases) by fumigation and washing of Schizompeta Co.. Ten days constituted a course of treat- ment. Results: In treatment group, 43 cases were clinically cured, 24 cases markedly effective, 7 cases effective and 6 cases ineffective, the total effective rate being 92. 5%; and in control group 15, 11, 5, 9 and 77. 5% respectively (P < 0.05). Conclusion: It is indi- cated that GIG can relieve anal numbness, swelling, tenesmus and exudation, and decrease bloody stool, its effect being better than Schizonepeta Co.
