中药熏蒸联合抗生素治疗慢性盆腔炎对氧化应激因子及MCP-1水平的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨中药熏蒸联合抗生素治疗慢性盆腔炎对患者氧化应激相关因子和血清单核细胞趋化蛋白-1 (MCP-1)水平的影响。方法:将慢性盆腔炎患者84例根据治疗方法不同分为对照组和观察组各42例。对照组采用抗生素治疗,观察组采用抗生素联合中药熏蒸治疗,分析2组患者治疗后的临床效果。结果:治疗后,2组中医证候积分均下降(P<0.05),观察组中医证候积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗后超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-1 (IL-1)均下降(P<0.05),治疗后组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经治疗,2组超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)较前升高,晚期氧化蛋白产物(AOPP)较前下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后组间比较,观察组改善优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经治疗,2组MCP-1、粒细胞-巨噬细胞集落刺激因子(GM-CSF)较前下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后组间比较,观察组改善优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药熏蒸联合抗生素治疗慢性盆腔炎可减轻患者全身炎症反应,降低氧化应激反应水平,利于机体的康复。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effect of Chinese herbal fumigation combined with antibiotics for chronic pelvic inflammatory disease on oxidative stress correlation factors and the levels of serum monocyte chemoattractant protein-1(MCP-1) in patients. Methods:Divided 84 cases of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease into the control group and the observation group according to different treatment methods. The control group was treated with antibiotics while the observation group was treated with antibiotics combined with Chinese herbal fumigation,and analyzed the clinical effect in the two groups after treatment. Results:After treatment,the Chinese medicine syndrome scores in the two groups were decreased(P<0.05), and the Chinese medicine syndrome scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,difference being significant(P<0.05). After treatment,the hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) and interleukin-1(IL-1) in the two groups were all decreased(P<0.05),and there was significant difference being found in the comparison between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05). After treatment,the superoxide dismutase(SOD) and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px) in the two groups were increased and the advanced oxidation protein products(AOPP) were decreased, difference being significant(P<0.05). After treatment, compared the two groups, the improvement in the observation group was better than that in the control group,difference being significant(P<0.05). After treatment, MCP-1 and granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor(GM-CSF) in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment, difference being significant(P<0.05). After treatment, compared the two groups,the improvement in the observation group was better than that in the control group,difference being significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: The application of Chinese herbal fumigation combined with antibiotics for chronic pelvic inflammatory disease can relieve the systemic inflammatory response of patients and reduce the levels of oxidative stress reaction,which is good for body recovery.
