鲜益母草胶囊联合去氧孕烯炔雌醇对人工流产术后月经恢复及炎症水平的影响

目的:观察鲜益母草胶囊联合去氧孕烯炔雌醇(妈富隆)用于人工流产术后恢复的疗效。方法:选取130例人工流产术患者为研究对象,分为研究组和对照组各65例。对照组术后予以妈富隆治疗,研究组在此基础上加用鲜益母草胶囊,统计2组阴道出血及月经恢复情况,比较血清炎症因子及卵巢激素水平变化,记录不良反应及术后并发症情况。结果:研究组术后阴道出血时间、月经恢复时间均短于对照组,阴道出血量少于对照组(P<0.05)。术后1周,2组炎症因子水平均下降,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组卵巢激素水平均较治疗前升高,且研究组均高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗期间,2组药物不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后3个月内,研究组并发症总发生率为6.15%,低于对照组的18.46%(P<0.05)。结论:鲜益母草胶囊联合妈富隆可有效缓解人工流产后阴道出血症状,改善卵巢激素分泌功能,抑制炎症反应,预防术后并发症。

Effect of Xianyimucao Capsules Combined with Desogestrel and Ethinyl Estradiol on Menstruation Recovery and Level of Inflammation after Induced Abortion

Objective: To observe the curative effect of Xianyimucao capsules combined with desogestrel and ethinyl estradiol on recovery after induced abortion. Methods: A total of 130 cases of patients undergoing induced abortion were selected as the study subjects and were divided into the study group and the control group,65 cases in each group. The control group was treated with desogestrel and ethinyl estradiol, and the study group was additionally treated with Xianyimucao capsules based on the treatment of the control group. The vaginal bleeding and recovery of menstruation in the two groups were counted. The changes in the levels of inflammatory factors in serum and ovarian hormones were compared.The adverse reactions and postoperative complications were recorded. Results: After surgery, the duration of vaginal bleeding and the recovery time of menstruation in the study group were both shorter than those in the control group,and the volume of vaginal bleeding was less than that in the control group(P<0.05). In the first week after surgery, the levels of inflammatory factors in the two groups were decreased, and the levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment,the levels of ovarian hormones in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment,and the levels in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). During the treatment,there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of the total incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups(P>0.05). In the first three months after surgery,the total incidence of complications was 6.15% in the study group,lower than that of 18.46% in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:The therapy of Xianyimucao capsules combined with desogestrel and ethinyl estradiol can effectively relieve the symptoms of vaginal bleeding after induced abortion,improve the function of hormone secretion of ovarian, inhibit inflammatory responses and prevent postoperative complications.
