| 摘 要： | 目的：观察针药结合治疗盆底失弛缓综合征引起便秘的临床疗效。方法：对76例患者采用针药结合方法治疗。电针主穴：天枢、上巨虚、支沟；口服中药熟地白术汤(熟地黄、白术、肉苁蓉)。结果：痊愈61例，有效13例，无效2例：痊愈率为80．26％，总有效率为97．37％。结论：针药结合治疗盆底失弛缓综合征引起便秘疗效肯定，尤适用于脾肾虚弱者。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of acupuncture combined with Chinese herbal drugs for constipation due to pelvic achalasia syndrome (PAS). Methods: 76 cases were treated by electric acupuncture, the main acupoints were Tianshu (ST 25), Shangjuxu (ST 37) and Zhigou (SJ 6) and oral use of Shudi Baizhu Tang (composed of Radix Rehmanniae Preparata, Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae and Herba Cistanches). Re-sults: 61 cases were cured, 13 cases effective and 2 cases ineffec-tive. The cure rate being 80. 26% and total effective rate 97. 36% . Conclusion: Acupuncture combined with Chinese herbal drugs pos-sesses a synergistic action for constipation due to PAS, especially for those with hypofunction of spleen and kidney. |
