舒肝健脾汤联合常规西药治疗肝郁脾虚型胃溃疡临床研究

目的:观察自拟舒肝健脾汤联合常规西药治疗肝郁脾虚型胃溃疡的治疗效果。方法:选取86例肝郁脾虚型胃溃疡患者作回顾性研究,根据不同治疗方式分成观察组与对照组各43例。对照组采取常规西药阿莫西林、奥美拉唑、克拉霉素等治疗,观察组采取常规西药+舒肝健脾汤治疗。2组疗程均为4周,观察比较2组临床疗效及幽门螺杆菌(Hp)清除率,检测2组血清胃泌素(GAS)、生长抑素(SS)、胃动素(MTL)等胃肠激素水平。结果:观察组临床总有效率为95.3%,对照组为79.1%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组Hp清除率为87.5%,对照组为56.7%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组胃肠激素指标GAS、MTL、SS水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组GAS、MTL水平均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且观察组2项指标均低于对照组(P<0.05);2组SS水平较治疗前升高(P<0.05),且观察组SS水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用舒肝健脾汤联合常规西药治疗肝郁脾虚型胃溃疡能提高临床疗效,提高H...

Clinical Study on Shugan Jianpi Tang Combined with Routine Western Medicine for Gastric Ulcer of Liver Constraint and Spleen Deficiency Type

Objective:To observe the curative effect of self-made Shugan Jianpi tang combined with routine western medicine for gastric ulcer of liver constraint and spleen deficiency type.Methods:A total of 86 cases of patients with gastric ulcer of liver constraint and spleen deficiency type were given a retrospective study,and divided into the observation group and the control group according to different treatment methods,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was given routine western medicine including amoxicillin,omeprazole and clarithromycin,and the observation group was treated with routine western medicine and Shugan Jianpi tang.Both groups were treated for four weeks.The clinical effects and Helicobacter pylori(Hp)clearance rates in the two groups were observed and compared.The changes in levels of gastrointestinal hormones including gastrin(GAS),somatostatin(SS)and motilin(MTL)in serum in the two groups were detected.Results:The total clinical effective rate was 95.3%in the observation group and 79.1%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the Hp clearance rate was 87.5%in the observation group and 56.7%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of levels of gastrointestinal hormones including GAS,MTL and SS between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of GAS and MTL in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the two indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the SS levels in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the SS level in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of Shugan Jianpi tang combined with routine western medicine for gastric ulcer of liver constraint and spleen deficiency type can improve clinical effects,improve Hp clearance rates,and significantly improve levels of gastrointestinal hormones.
