安胎种子丸治疗不明原因复发性流产临床研究

目的：观察安胎种子丸对不明原因复发性流产（URSA）患者封闭抗体和妊娠的影响。方法：将64例纳入病例随机分为中药治疗组33例和免疫治疗组31例。中药治疗组采用安胎种子丸治疗，免疫治疗组采用主动免疫治疗。2组均在治疗前后分别检测封闭抗体，观察妊娠情况。结果：2组妊娠成功率比较，差异无显著性意义（P〉0．05）。2组封闭抗体转阳率比较，差异无显著性意义（P〉0．05）。结论：中药安胎种子丸治疗URSA疗效肯定，能提高保护性抗体，调节母胎免疫；且其安全可靠，无明显毒副作用，价格低廉，适于推广应用。

Clinic Study on Antai Zhongzi Pills for Unexplained Recurrent Spontaneous Abortion
