舒肝解郁胶囊联合礞石滚痰丸治疗精神分裂症肝郁痰结证临床研究

目的:观察舒肝解郁胶囊联合礞石滚痰丸改善精神分裂症肝郁痰结证的临床疗效。方法:选取精神分裂症患者120例,按随机数字表法分为2组各60例。对照组予奥氮平治疗;观察组在此基础上加用舒肝解郁胶囊联合礞石滚痰丸治疗。连续治疗8周后,比较2组住院精神患者社会功能评定(SSPI)量表、临床总体印象疗效总评量表病情严重程度(CGI-SI)、阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)评分以及临床疗效。结果:与治疗前比较,治疗后2组SSPI量表评分均显著升高,CGI-SI评分均明显降低(P<0.01);观察组治疗后SSPI量表评分明显高于对照组,CGI-SI评分显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗后,2组阳性症状、阴性症状、一般精神病理、PANSS总分均显著减少(P<0.01);与对照组比较,观察组治疗后阳性症状、阴性症状、一般精神病理、PANSS总分下降更明显(P<0.01)。观察组总有效率81.67%,对照组63.79%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:舒肝解郁胶囊联合礞石滚痰丸改善精神分裂症肝郁痰结证疗效确切。

Clinical Study on Shugan Jieyu Capsules Combined with Mengshi Guntan Pills for Schizophrenia with Liver Depression and Phlegm Stagnation Syndrome

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Shugan Jieyu capsules combined with Mengshi Guntan pills for schizophrenia with liver depression and phlegm stagnation syndrome.Methods:A total of 120 patients with schizophrenia were selected and divided into two groups of 60 cases according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with olanzapine;the observation group was additionally treated with Shugan Jieyu capsules combined with Mengshi Guntan pills based on the treatment of the control group.After eight weeks of treatment,the score of Scale of Social Skills for Psychiatric Inpatients(SSPI),Clinical Global Impression of Severity of Illness(CGI-SI)and Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale(PANSS)as well as the clinical effect were compared between the two groups.Results:Compared with those before treatment,the scores of SSPI in the two groups were significantly increased and the scores of CGI-SI were significantly decreased after treatment(P<0.01).The score of SSPI in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the score of CGI-SI was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.01).After treatment,the score of positive symptoms,negative symptoms and general psychopathology,and the total score of PANSS were significantly reduced in both groups(P<0.01);compared with those in the control group,the above scores in the observation group were decreased more significantly after treatment(P<0.01).The total effective rate was 81.67%in the observation group,and63.79%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of Shugan Jieyu capsules combined with Mengshi Guntan pills has significant therapeutic effect in treating patients with schizophrenia with liver depression and phlegm stagnation syndrome.
