非手术疗法治疗小儿肛周脓肿研究进展

小儿肛周脓肿的发病率逐年增长,目前主要以肛周脓肿切开引流为主,同时也有专家建议行一次性根治术,但是小儿肛周脓肿多为皮下脓肿,发现及时,多有自愈倾向。近年来小儿肛周脓肿的非手术疗法被热议,笔者就小儿肛周脓肿的全身、局部非手术治疗及预防治疗方法进行概述,总结中医药治疗该病具有方法多样化及疗效显著的特点,能够给出较实用的疾病诊疗与预防措施,以期为小儿肛周脓肿的非手术疗法提供指导意见。

Research Progress of Nonsurgical Treatment of Perianal Abscess in Children

The incidence of perianal abscess in children increases year by year.At present,the treatment of it mainly focuses on incision and drainage of perianal abscess,and some experts also recommend a one-time radical operation.However,perianal abscess in children is mostly subcutaneous abscess;if found in time,it has a tendency of self-healing.In recent years,the nonsurgical treatment of perianal abscess in children has been hotly discussed.In this paper,the authors reviewed the systemic,local nonsurgical treatment and preventive treatment methods of perianal abscess in children,and summarized that Chinese medicine treatment is diversified and has significant therapeutic effect,which can provide practical diagnosis,treatment and preventive measures,in the hope of providing guidance for the nonsurgical treatment of perianal abscess in children.
