康复治疗配合化痰祛瘀汤对脑梗死患者纤溶系统、神经功能及血液流变学的影响

目的:探究康复治疗配合化痰祛瘀汤对脑梗死患者纤溶系统、神经功能恢复及血液流变学的影响。方法:选取收治的150例脑梗死患者作为研究对象并分为2组,对照组75例行康复治疗,观察组75例在对照组基础上联合化痰祛瘀汤治疗。比较2组治疗效果及纤溶系统指标、神经功能缺损评分、血液流变学指标。结果:观察组总有效率高达93.33%,高于对照组的77.33%(P<0.05)。2组治疗后纤溶系统指标、神经功能评分及血液流变学指标均有所改善(P<0.05);治疗后组间比较,观察组纤溶酶原激活物(t-PA)及血小板聚集率(PAR)均高于对照组(P<0.05),组织纤溶酶原抑制物(PAI)、血浆黏度(PV)、全血黏度(WBV)均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:化痰祛瘀汤联合康复治疗有利于维持脑梗死患者纤溶系统动态平衡,促进神经功能恢复及改善血液流变学。

Effect of Rehabilitation Therapy Combined with Huatan Quyu Tang on Fibrinolytic System,Neurological Function and Hemorheology in Patients with Cerebral Infarction

Objective:To discuss the effect of rehabilitation therapy combined with Huatan Quyu tang on fibrinolytic system,recovery of neurological function and hemorheology in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods:A total of 150 cases of patients with cerebral infarction were selected as the study subjects and divided into two groups,75 cases in each group.The control group was given rehabilitation therapy,and the observation group was additionally treated with Huatan Quyu tang based on the treatment of the control group.The clinical effect,the indexes of fibrinolytic system and hemorheology and the neurological deficit scores in the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate was93.33%in the observation group,higher than that of 77.33%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the indexes of fibrinolytic system and hemorheology and the scores of neurological function in the two groups were all improved(P<0.05);in the observation group,tissue plasminogen activator(t-PA)and platelet aggregation rate(PAR)were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and plasminogen activator inhibitor(PAI),plasma viscosity(PV)and whole blood viscosity(WBV)were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of Huatan Quyu tang combined with rehabilitation therapy is beneficial to maintaining the dynamic balance of fibrinolysis system in patients with cerebral infarction,promoting the recovery of neurological function and improving hemorheology.
