| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨血小板活化因子（PAF）在分泌性中耳炎（SOM）发病中的作用及与中医辨证分型的关系。方法：将26例患者辨证分为风热上壅型组13例，痰瘀交阻型13例。采用酶联免疫吸附实验（ELISA法）测定患者血浆中PAF含量，并与14例正常对照组对照。结果：SOM患者血清中的PAF浓度明显高于正常对照组（P〈0．01）；且风热上壅型组患者血清中PAF含量明显高于痰瘀交阻型组（P〈0．05）。结论：PAF与SOM的发病密切相关；血清中的PAF含量对SOM患者微观辨证分型具有一定的参考价值。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the relationship between syndrome differentiation and serum platelet activating factor (PAF) content in patients with secretory otitis media (SOM).Methods: Twenty-six SOM patients were classified into the syndrome of upward accumulation of wind-heat (n = 13) and the syndrome of stagnation of phlegm and blood-stasls (n = 13).Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used to detect plasma PAF content.The PAF content in SOM patients was compared with that in 14 healthy normal controls.... |
