重症急性胰腺炎清创引流术后中西医结合治疗的临床观察

目的：观察中西医理症急性胰腺炎清创引流术后的临床疗效。方法：将经手术确诊的128例重症急性胰腺炎，经清创引流术后随机分为中西医结合治疗组（治疗组）和单纯西医治疗组（对照组）2组。治疗组76例，术后在西医治疗的同时给予中药清胰汤加减，水煎灌肠或胃管注入。对照组52例，术后单纯应用与治疗组相同的西医治疗。结果：2组在切口裂开，假性胰腺囊肿形成方面比较，差异无显著性意义（P＞0．05），但2组在体温，脉搏，呼吸恢复正常时间，死亡率及术后住院天数等方面比较，差异有显著性意义（P＜0．5）；2组肠鸣音恢复时间比较，差异有非常显著性意义（P＜0．01）。结论：重症急性胰腺炎清创引流术后采用中西医结合的方法疗效更佳。

A Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Serious Cases of Acute Pancreatitis After Epluchage and Drainage by TCM Combined with Western Medicine

Objective: To observe the curative effect of TCM combined with western medicine (WM) for serious cases of acute pancreatitis after epluchage and drainage (SAPED). Methods: 128 cases of SAPED were allocated randomly to TCM combined with WM group (76 cases treated by WM and modified Qingyi Tang for enema or gastric infusion after operation), and control group (52 cases treated by WM along). Results: There was no significant difference in the laceration of incised wound and pseudoformation of pancreatic cyst between two groups (P> 0. 05), but the normalizing time of body temperature, pulse, and respiration, the mortality and the hospitaliza-tion time after operation were significantly different between two groups ( P < 0. 05), and time for restoration of borborygmi was very significantly different ( P < 0. 01). Conclusion: TCM combined with WM is more effective for SAPED.
