养心疏肝汤联合阿立哌唑治疗精神分裂症临床研究

目的:观察养心疏肝汤联合阿立哌唑治疗精神分裂症患者的临床效果。方法:将精神分裂症患者84例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各42例。对照组给予阿立哌唑片治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合养心疏肝汤治疗。观察2组阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)、临床总体印象-严重度量表(CGI-SI)评分变化,比较临床疗效与2组不良反应情况。结果:总有效率观察组为88.10%,对照组为69.05%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组PANSS评分、CGI-SI评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组不良反应发生率为7.14%,低于对照组的28.57%(P<0.05)。结论:养心疏肝汤联合阿立哌唑治疗精神分裂症疗效显著,可有效控制病情,减少不良反应。

Clinical Study on Yangxin Shugan Tang Combined with Aripiprazole for Schizophrenia

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Yangxin Shugan tang combined with aripiprazole for patients with schizophrenia. Methods:A total of 84 cases of patients with schizophrenia were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,42 cases in each group. The control group was treated with aripiprazole tablets and the observation group was additionally treated with Yangxin Shugan tang based on the treatment of the control group. The changes in the scores of Positive and Negative Symptom Scale(PANSS) and Clinical Global ImpressionSeverity Scale(CGI-SI) in the two groups were observed;the clinical effect and adverse reactions in the two groups were compared. Results:The total effective rate was 88.10% in the observation group and 69.05% in the control group, the difference being significant(P<0.05). After treatment,the scores of PANSS and CGI-SI in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions was 7.14% in the observation group,lower than that of 28.57% in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:The therapy of Yangxin Shugan tang combined with aripiprazole has significant curative effect in treating patients with schizophrenia, which can effectively control the disease and reduce adverse reactions.
