中医特色护理措施联合常规医护措施干预精神疾病伴发睡眠障碍临床研究

目的:观察在右佐匹克隆片治疗和常规护理措施的基础上采用耳穴压豆、中药贴敷和音乐疗法干预精神疾病伴发睡眠障碍的临床效果。方法:将116例患者随机分为对照组和观察组各58例。2组均服用右佐匹克隆片,并接受常规护理措施干预,观察组加用耳穴压豆、吴茱萸粉贴敷涌泉穴和音乐疗法。2组疗程均为6周。治疗前、治疗6周后评定匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)总分、失眠严重程度指数(ISI)总分及疲劳严重程度量表(FSS)总分,出院时患者评价护理满意度。结果:治疗后,观察组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。2组PSQI总分、ISI总分及FSS总分均较治疗前下降(P<0.01),观察组3项分值均低于对照组(P<0.01)。观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在右佐匹克隆片治疗和常规护理措施的基础上采用耳穴压豆、中药贴敷和音乐疗法干预精神疾病伴发睡眠障碍患者,可进一步减轻失眠与疲劳程度,提升患者的生活质量,提高临床疗效和患者对护理工作的满意度。

Clinical Study on Chinese Medicine Characteristic Nursing Measures Combined with Routine Medical Measures for Mental Illness Complicated with Sleep Disorder

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of auricular point pressing with beans,Chinese herbal application and music therapy,based on the treatment of eszopiclone tablets and routine nursing measures,for mental illness complicated with sleep disorder. Methods:A total of 116 cases of patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, 58 cases in each group. Both groups were given the oral administration of eszopiclone tablets and the intervention of routine nursing measures, and the observation group was additionally treated with auricular point pressing with beans,application with fructus evodiae powder at Yongquan point(KI1) and music therapy. Both groups were treated for six weeks. Before and after treatment for 6 weeks respectively, the total scores of Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),Insomnia Severity Index(ISI) and Fatigue Severity Scale(FSS) were assessed. The nursing satisfaction was evaluated at discharge. Results:After treatment,the clinical effect in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05). The total scores of PSQI,ISI and FSS in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.01), and the total scores in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group(P<0.01). Nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Based on the treatment of eszopiclone tablets and routine nursing measures,the intervention of auricular point pressing with beans,Chinese herbal application and music therapy for patients with mental illness complicated with sleep disorder can further reduce the degree of insomnia and fatigue as well as improve their quality of life,clinical effect and nursing satisfaction.
