从虚论治慢通过型便秘38例

目的：观察便必清煎剂对慢通过型便秘患者结肠传输运动的影响及临床疗效。方法：对72例患者采用分组对照观察治疗，治疗组38例口服便必清煎剂，对照组34例口服西沙必利片，并观察2组简易结肠传输试验。结果：治疗组的治愈率为44．74％，总有效率为89．47％，明显优于对照组（P＜0．01）；并能明显改善结肠传输障碍。结论：对中老年慢通过型便秘属虚秘证者，采取健脾补肺温肾之法，从虚论治，可取得满意效果。

Constipation of Slow Passing Type Treated as Deficiency Syndrome: A Report of 38 Cases

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Bianbiqing Decoction (BD) for constipation of slow passing type and its effect on colic movement. Methods:72 cases were allocated to treatment group (38 cases)and control group (34 cases). The treatment group was treated by oral use of BD and the control group by prepulsid. The clinical effect and colic movement were observed in both groups. Results: In the treatment group, the curative rate was 44.74% with a total effective rate of 89.47%, which is markedly superior than that of control group (P < 0.01) and the disorder of colic movement was markedly improved. Conclusion: For slow passing type constipation in middle and old ages attributed to deficiency syndrome, the therapeutical principle of spleen-strengthening ,lung-replenishing and kidney-warming attains a satisfactory result.
