| 摘 要： | 目的：观察针药合用治疗卒中后抑郁症的·临床疗效。方法：将100例卒中后抑郁症患者随机分为2组各50例。对照组单纯服用盐酸氟西汀胶囊治疗，针药组采用盐酸氟西汀胶囊及电针治疗。观察2组治疗前后神经功能缺损评分、汉密尔顿抑郁量袁（HAMD）评分的变化。结果：2组总有效率比较，差异有显著性意义（P〈0．05）。治疗后2组神经功能缺损评分、HAMD评分均显著低于治疗前（P〈0．01）；针药组治疗后神经功能缺损评分、HAMD评分改善程度均显著优于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论：针药合用治疗卒中后抑郁症疗效肯定。
