| 摘 要： | 目的：评价跌打镇痛液熏洗治疗急性腕部软组织挫伤的临床疗效。方法：90例急性腕部软组织挫伤患者，随机分为2组各45例。实验组运用跌打镇痛液熏洗治疗；对照组运用黄酒熏洗治疗。患腕在整个治疗过程中均佩戴护腕，治疗过程不使用其他药物，连续用药9天，每3天复诊1次并作记录，观察患者疼痛、肿胀、功能障碍等情况，分别在用药后3天、6天、9天统计疗效。结果：2组第3天、6天及9天疼痛评分比较，差异均有显著性意义（P〈0．05）；实验组的疼痛评分明显低于对照组。2组第3天、6天及9天肿胀评分比较，差异均无显著性意义（P〉0．05）。2组第6天及9天功能障碍评分比较，差异均有显著性意义（P〈0．05）。2组各时间段疗效比较，差异均有显著性意义（P〈0．05）。结论：跌打镇痛液熏洗治疗急性腕部软组织挫伤临床疗效满意。
