| 摘 要： | 目的:观察电子瘫痪治疗仪配合通络液治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法:将148例急性脑梗死患者随机分为2
组。对照组62例,采用常规西药治疗;治疗组86例,在对照组治疗基础上加用电子瘫痪治疗仪并配合应用通络液。主要观察临床疗效、神经功能缺损评分并检测治疗前后及血液流变学各项指标。结果:总有效率治疗组为91.86％,对照组为79.03％,2组比较,差异有显著性意叉(P<0.05)。而且治疗组治疗后血液流变学各项指标及神经功能缺损评分均有明显改善。结论:电子瘫痪治疗仪配合通络液对急性脑梗死患者的血液流变学各项指标有明显改善,与常规治疗合用临床疗效更显著。

| Abstract: | jective: To observe the curative effect of electron paralysis apparatus associated with Tongluo Ye(EPAT) for acute cerebral infarction (ACI). Methods: 148 cases of ACI were allocated to 2 groups randomly. The control group (62 cases) was treated by routine western medicine and the treatment group (86 cases) by EPAT adding to the routine treatment. The clinical effect and various parameters of blood rheology were observed and determined. Results: The total effective rate was 91. 86% and 79. 03% in treatment group and control group respectively ( P < 0. 05). The parameters of blood rheology and the disorders of nervous function were markedly improved in treatment group. Conclusion: EPAT can markedly improve the parameters of blood rheology in ACI and is more effective in combination with routine treatment. |
