柴芍六君水蛭汤治疗乙型肝炎后肝硬化代偿期48例疗效观察

目的：观察柴芍六君水蛭汤治疗乙型肝炎后肝硬化代偿期的疗效。方法：将乙型肝炎后肝硬化代偿期患者96例随机分为柴芍六君水蛭汤治疗组和西药对照组各48例，分别给予相应药物治疗。结果：治疗后治疗组显效率为52．08％，总有效率为95．83％；对照组显效率为27．08％，总有效率为79．17％，2组比较，差异均有显著性意义（P〈0．05）。治疗后2组丙氨酸氨基转移酶（ALT）、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶（AST）、总胆红素（TBil）、白蛋白／球蛋白（A／G）较治疗前均有不同程度改善（P〈0．05，P〈0．01）；治疗组改善较对照组更为显著（P〈0．05）。治疗后2组透明质酸酶（HA）、层黏连蛋白（LN）、111型前胶原（PCIU）、Ⅳ型胶原（PCIV）较治疗前均有不同程度降低（P〈0．05，P〈0．01）；治疗组降低较对照组更为显著（P〈0．05）。结论：柴芍六君水蛭汤治疗乙型肝炎后肝硬化代偿期疗效肯定，值得进一步研究和推广。

Therapeutic Effect of Chaishao Liujun Shuizhi Decoction for Hepatic Cirrhosis at Compensation Stage After Type B Hepatitis:An Observation of 48 Cases

Objective： To observe the therapeutic effect of Chaishao Liujun Shuizhi decoction for hepatic cirrhosis at compensation stage after type B hepatitis. Methods： Ninety-six post-hepatitis B cirrhosis at compensation stage were random ized into two groups. Chinese medicine group was given oral use of Chaishao Liujun Shuizhi decoction based on routine western medical treatment, and western medicine group was given routine western medical treatment alone. Results： The markedly effective rate was 52.08% , and total effective rate was 95.83% in Chinese medicine group. In western medicine group, the markedly effective rate was 27.08%, and total effective rate was 79.17%. The differences were significant between the two groups（P 〈 0.05）. After treatment, alanine aminotransferase（ALT）, aspartate aminotransferase（AST）, total bilirubin（TBil）, and the ratio of albumin/globumin（A/G） were improved to various degrees in both groups（P〈 0.05, P〈 0.01）, and the improvemnent in Chinese medicine group was superior to that in western medicine group（P 〈 0.05）. Hyaluronidase （HA）, laminin （LN）, precollagen type m （PC Ⅲ ）and precollagen type IV （PCIV）were also decreased to various degrees in both groups（P〈 0.05, P〈 0.01）, and the decrease in Chinese medicine group was superior to that in western medicine group（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Chaishao Liujun Shuizhi decoction shows certain effect for the treatment of hepatic cirrhosis at compensation stage after type B hepatitis.
