保和丸加减治疗婴幼儿湿疹21例临床观察

目的：观察保和丸加减治疗婴幼儿湿疹的临床疗效。方法：将42例湿疹患儿随机分成2组各21例。治疗组给予口服保和丸加减汤剂治疗，配合扑尔敏、维生素C片口服。对照组单纯应用扑尔敏、维生素C治疗。2组疗程均为4周。观察2组的临床疗效。结果：治疗组疗效明显优于对照组，2组比较，差异有显著性意义（P〈0．05）。结论：保和丸加减治疗婴幼儿湿疹疗效显著。

Therapeutic Effect of Modified Baohe Pills for Infant Eczema:An Observation of 21 Cases

Objective： To observe the therapeutic effect of Modified Baohe Pills for the treatment of infant eczema. Methods： Forty-two infant eczema cases were equally randomized into two groups. The treatment group was given oral use of Modified Baohe Pills combined with oral use of chlorphenamine and Vitamin C. The control group was only given oral use of chlorphenamine and Vitamin C. The efficacy were observed after treatment for 4 weeks. Results： The Curative effect of treatment group was better than that in the control group, and the difference between the two group had statistical significance（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Modified Beohe Pills is effective for the treatment of infant eczema.
