| 摘 要： | 张学文教授认为，肝经郁热、气滞血阻、瘀血内结是脂肪肝发病的重要病机，其病位主要在肝包括其经，涉及脾胃；治疗上以清肝解郁、活血凉血、疏肝理气、化瘀散结为主，创立了清肝活血饮，临证明随证加减，可获得较好的疗效。

| Abstract: | Prof.ZHANG considered that stagnation of heat in liver meridian,stagnation of qi and blood and accumulation of blood-stasis in the interior are the important pathogenesis of fatty liver.The disease is located in the liver and its meridian and the spleen and stomach were involved.Clearing of liver-heat, dispersion of stagnated liver-qi and removal of blood-stasis and masses were the main therapeutic principles,which were modified according to the syndromes. |
