活血化瘀汤联合康复功能锻炼对脑梗死患者神经功能及生活质量的影响

目的:探讨中药活血化瘀汤联合康复功能锻炼对脑梗死患者神经功能及生活质量的影响。方法:将脑梗死患者120例,按数字奇偶法分为2组(各60例),对照组行常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采取中药活血化瘀汤联合康复功能锻炼治疗,连续治疗2个月后评定临床疗效、神经功能、运动功能及生活质量。结果:观察组治疗总有效率(70.00%)优于对照组(51.67%)(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组美国国立卫生院脑卒中量表(NIHSS)评分、Fugl-Meyer运功功能量表(FMA评分)相比无统计学差异(P>0.05)。2组治疗后NIHSS评分降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);2组治疗后FMA评分上升,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组WHOQOL-BREF评分比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);2组治疗后WHOQOL-BREF评分上升,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针对脑梗死患者实施活血化瘀汤治疗联合康复功能锻炼效果满意,可提高疗效,改善神经功能缺损,且对运动功能恢复和提升患者生活质量具有积极作用。

Effect of Huoxue Huayu Tang Combined with Rehabilitation Exercise on Neurological Function and Quality of Life in Patients with Cerebral Infarction

Objective: To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine Huoxuehuayu tang combined with rehabilitation exercise on neurological function and quality of life of patients with cerebral infarction. Method: 120 patients with cerebral infarction were divided into 2 groups(60 cases in each) according to the digital parity method. The control group received conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine Huoxuehuayu tang combined with rehabilitation functional exercise based on the control group. The clinical efficacy, neurological function,motor function and quality of life were evaluated after continuous treatments for two months. Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group(70.00%) was better than that in the control group(51.67%)(P<0.05). Before treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups of National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS) scores and Fugl-Meyer Function Scale(FMA score)(P>0.05). The NIHSS score of the 2 groups decreased after treatment, and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);the FMA score of the 2 groups increased after treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05). Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the WHOQOL-BREF score between the two groups(P>0.05);the WHOQOL-BREF score of the two groups increased after treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:The effect of Huoxue Huayu tang combined with rehabilitation exercise for patients with cerebral infarction is satisfactory,which can improve the curative effect,improve the neurological deficit,and has a positive effect on the recovery of motor function and the improvement of patients’ quality of life.
