呼吸康复训练结合中医呼吸导引对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者肺功能及运动功能的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨呼吸康复训练结合中医呼吸导引对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者肺功能及运动功能的影响。方法:将COPD患者120例采用电脑随机法划分为观察组60例与对照组60例,观察组在常规药物治疗基础上联合呼吸康复训练结合中医呼吸导引干预,对照组采用常规药物治疗,评价2组患者6 min步行距离(6MWD)、Borg呼吸困难评分、血气指标(PaCO2、PaO2)、第1秒用力呼气容积占预计值百分比(FEV1%)、用力肺活量占预计值百分比(FVC%)、呼吸峰流速(PEF)。结果:2组治疗前6MWD、Borg评分、PaCO2、PaO2值比较,差异无统计学意义(t=0.450、0.430、0.143、0.431,P>0.05);2组治疗后6MWD、Borg评分、PaCO2、PaO2值均较治疗前好转,观察组各项指标值均优于对照组(t=2.094、11.258、6.546、7.990,P<0.05)。观察组治疗后FEV1%、FVC%、PEF值均优于治疗前(P<0.05);且观察组治疗后FEV1%、FVC%、PEF值优于对照组(t=3.336、2.656、6.200,P<0.05)。结论:呼吸康复训练结合中医呼吸导引可有效改善COPD患者肺功能与运动功能。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effect of the therapy of respiratory rehabilitation training combined with Chinese medicine respiratory guidance on the lung function and motor function in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods:A total of 120 COPD patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group by computer,60 cases in each group.The observation group was intervened with the therapy of respiratory rehabilitation training combined with Chinese medicine respiratory guidance based on the treatment of conventional medicine,and the control group was simply given conventional medicine for treatment.Patients in the two groups were evaluated for 6 min walking distance(6 MWD),Borg dyspnea score,levels of blood gases(PaCO2and PaO2),percentage of forced expiratory volume in one second to the predicted value(FEV1%),percentage of forced vital capacity to the predicted value(FVC%),and peak expiratory flow(PEF).Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the comparison of 6 MWD,Borg scores,levels of PaCO2and PaO2between the two groups(t=0.450,0.430,0.143,0.431;P>0.05).After treatment,the6 MWD,Borg scores,levels of PaCO2and PaO2were better than those before treatment,and the above indexes in the observation group were superior to those in the control group(t=2.094,11.258,6.546,7.990;P<0.05).The values of FEV1%,FVC%and PEF in the observation group after treatment were all better than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the above three values in the observation group after treatment were superior to those in the control group(t=3.336,2.656,6.200;P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of respiratory rehabilitation training combined with Chinese medicine respiratory guidance can effectively improve the lung function and motor function in COPD patients.
