从痰湿论治高血压合并高尿酸血症思路研究

高血压与高尿酸血症常常伴发,关系密切;两者并存且使心、脑血管疾病高发。笔者基于古代医家论述和现代有关研究,认为痰湿壅盛为高血压合并高尿酸血症之重要病因病机,提出了五种具体治法(化痰祛湿法、健脾化湿法、活血祛湿法、滋阴化湿法、温阳化湿法)治疗高血压合并高尿酸血症,验之临床,多获良效。

Study on Treatment of Hypertension Complicated with Hyperuricemia from the Perspective of Phlegm-dampness According to Syndrome Differentiation

Hypertension and hyperuricemia are often concomitant with and closely related to each other,and their coexistence causes the high incidence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. Based on the discussions of ancient physicians and the related modern researches,the authors believed that exuberant phlegm-dampness is an important etiology and pathogenesis of hypertension complicated with hyperuricemia,and put forward five specific treatment methods for the disease,including method of resolving phlegm and dispelling dampness,method of fortifying the spleen and resolving dampness, method of activating blood and dispelling dampness, method of enriching yin and resolving dampness as well as method of warming yang and resolving dampness. All the methods above gained good clinical effect.
