| 摘 要： | 介绍尤昭玲教授运用中医药方法治疗宫环出血（放置宫内节育器后子宫异常出血）的特色经验，宫环出血病因病机特殊，不能祛因论治，临床证常分肝郁血瘀，阴虚血瘀，气虚血瘀论治，而血瘀胞宫为本病的实质，化瘀止血是贯穿各法的有效治法。

| Abstract: | The article introduces Prof. You's spe- cific experience for the treatment of uterine hemorrhage due to placement of contraceptive ring. Prof You con- sidered that the etiology and pathogenesis of the disonler are specific, and its treatment should accord with its cause. clinically it may be classified as blood stasis due to stagnation of liver - qi, deficiency of yin or deficiency of qi. Prof You also considered that the blood stasis in the uterus is the essential of disease, and removal of blood stasis and stoppage of hemorrhage are the effective remedy which should be applied throughout the whole course of treatment. |
