| 摘 要： | 目的:观察益气养阴、和络泄浊法治疗慢性肾功能衰竭(以下简称慢性肾衰)的疗效。方法:将90例慢性肾衰患者随机分为2组,治疗组46例用益气养阴、和络泄浊法中药治疗(处方:太子参、生黄芪、生薏苡仁、枸杞子、生地黄、山茱萸、茯苓、丹参、山药、泽泻、生牡蛎、车前子、六月雪、制大黄);对照组44例以西药常规对症治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率84.78%,明显高于对照组47.72%(P<0.01)。结论:益气养阴、和络泄浊法是治疗慢性肾衰的有效方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the curative effect of qi-benefiting,yin-nourishing,collateral-regulating and turbidity-eliminating (QYCT) therapy for chronic renal failure (CRF).Methods 90 cases of CRF were allocated to two groups randomly,The treatment group (46 cases) treated by QYCT therapy (the formula is composed of Radix Pseudostellariae,Radix Astragali,Semen Coicis,Fructus Lycii,Radix Rehmanniae,Fructus Corni,Poria,Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae,Rhizoma Dioscoreae,Rhizoma Alismatis,Concha Ostreae,Semen Plantaginia,Herba Artemiaiae Anomalae and Radix et Rhizoma Rhei Preparata);the control group 44 cases treated by routine western medicine accordingly.Results:The total effective rate of treatment group was 84.78% and that of control group was 47.72% (P < 0.01).Conclusion:The QYCT is effective for CRE. |
