半枫荷散治疗膝关节骨性关节炎50例疗效观察

摘    要:目的:观察半枫荷散治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:将200例膝关节骨性关节炎患者随机分为4组各50例。半枫荷散组以半枫荷散(由半枫荷根、荆芥、防风、乳香、胡椒根组成)治疗;扶他林膏组以扶他林膏治疗;复方南星止痛膏组以复方南星止痛膏治疗;理疗组以YSHD-I型红外线治疗灯治疗。结果:愈显率、总有效率治疗组分别为68%、90%,复方南星止痛膏组分别为44%、82%,扶他林膏组分别为42%、70%,理疗组分别为38%、78%。半枫荷散组与复方南星止痛膏组、理疗组比较,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05);与扶他林膏组比较,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:半枫荷散治疗膝关节骨性关节炎疗效显著。

Abstract:Objective: To observe the curative effect of Banfenghe San(BS) for knee joint osteoarthritis (KJO). Methods: 200 cases of KJO were allocated to 4 groups randomly (each group 50 cases) . The BS group was treated by BS(composed of Radix Pterospermi Heterophylli, Herba Schizonepetae, Radix Saposhnikoviae, Olibanum and Radix Piperis); votalin group by votalin ointment; Fufang Nanxing Zhitong Gao(FNZG) group by FNZG and physiotherapy group by YSHD -I type infrared lamp. Results: The marked effective rate and total effective rate were 68. 0% and 90. 0% in BS group respectively, 44. 0% and 82. 0% in FNZG group, 42. 0% and 70. 0% in votalin group and 38. 0% and 78. 0% in physiotherapy group respectively. The comparison of BS group with FNZG group and physiotherapy group showed markedly significance ( P < 0.05), and very marked significance compared with votalin group ( P < 0. 01). Conclusion: BS possesses markedly curative effect for KJO.
