补肾杀虫汤对男性解脲支原体感染患者精液指标影响的观察

目的:观察补肾杀虫汤对解脲支原体阳性的男科患者精液的影响。方法:使用清华同方CASAS-QH-111精子、微生物动(静)态图像分析系统对53例用补肾杀虫汤(菟丝子、枸杞子、白花蛇舌草、车前子、野菊花各15g,山茱萸、桑寄生、苦参、柴胡、黄柏、蚤休、萆薢各10g,黄芪、土茯苓各30g)治疗的解脲支原体阳性的男科患者进行精液指标观察。结果:治疗后精子存活率、A级精子百分比及B级精子百分比均高于治疗前,差异均有显著性意义(P0.05)。治疗后精子运动直线速度、曲线速度、平均速度均有明显提高(P0.05),这说明补肾杀虫汤对精子的运动有着显著的正向作用,可以提高精子运动、穿透能力。结论:补肾杀虫汤可明显提高精子存活率,改善精子运动速度参数,值得临床推广。

Effect of Therapy of Tonifying Kidney and Killing Parasites on Seminal Param-eters of Mate Mycoplasma Urealytium Infection Patients

Objective：To observe the effect of therapy of tonifying kidney and killing parasites on seminal parameters of male mycoplasma urealytium infection pa-tients.Methods：CASAS-QH-111 sperm and microorganism dynamic-static image analysis system was used for the observation of seminal parameters in 53 male my-coplasma urealytium infection patients treated by therapy of tonifying kidney and killing parasites.Results：After treatment,the survival rate of sperms and percentages of sperm grade A and sperm grade B were higher than those before treatment（P 0.05）;ve-locity of rectilinear motion,velocity of curvilinear motion,and average velocity of the sperms were increased obviously（P0.05）.Conclusion：Therapy of tonifying kid-ney and killing parasites can obviously increase the survival rate of sperms,and im-prove the velocity parameters of sperm motion in male mycoplasma urealytium infection patients.
