| 摘 要： | 认为子宫腺肌病以"血瘀"为本,"痛证"为标,治疗上遵循"标本兼治"的原则,辨证论治,审因止痛,"当审其凝滞作胀痛之故,或因虚、因实、因寒、因热分而治之",疗效确切,能有效地缓解患者临床症状,提高生存质量,增加受孕率。

| Abstract: | The traditional Chinese medical pathogenesis and therapeutic principle of adenomyosis were discussed.It is suggested that the root cause of adenomyosis is mainly involved with blood stasis,the main symptom is shown as pain syndrome,and the therapeutic principle should be treating symptom and root cause simultaneously.The therapies of tonifying deficiency,dispelling excess pathogens,warming cold and clearing heat can be separately used for relieving pain induced by coagulation and stagnation of blood vessels... |
