复方厥阴散治疗慢性无症状HBV携带者53例疗效观察

目的:观察复方厥阴散在治疗慢性无症状HBV携带者中的抗病毒作用。方法:将100例慢性无症状HBV携带者随 机分为2组。治疗组53例,采用中药复方厥阴散(组成:白花蛇舌草、鱼腥草、板蓝根、山楂、猪芩、黄芪、白术、茯苓、虎杖、赤芍、神曲、女贞子、柴胡、甘草、大黄、草果、黄连)加减治疗;对照组47例,采用口服西药甘草甜素片与葡甲胺水飞蓟宾片治疗。3月为1疗程,共治疗2疗程。结果:治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为86.0％、19.4％,2组总有效率比较,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.005)。结论:复方厥阴散对慢性无症状HBV携带者具有较明显的抗病毒作用。

Treatment of Chronic Asymptomatic HBV Carrier by Jueyin San Co.:A Clinical Observation of 53 Cases

jective: To observe the antiviral action of Jueyin San Co. (JSC) for chronic asymptomatic HBV carrier (CAHC). Methods: 100 cases of CAHC were allocated to 2 groups randomly. The treatment group (53 cases) was treated by JSC (composed of Herba Hedyotis Diffusae. Herba Houttuyniae, Radix Isatidis, Fructus Crataegi, Polyporus, Radix Astragali. Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae, Poria. Rhizoma Polygoni Caspidati, Radix Paeomae Rubra, Massa Medicata Fermentata, Fructus Ligustri Lucidi, Radix Bupleuri, Radix Glycyrrhizae, Radix et Rhizoma Rhei, Fructus Tsaoko and Rhizoma Coptidis) with modification. The control group (47 cases) was treated by glycyrrhizin tablet and methylamine silibinin. Three months constituted a course of treatment and 2 courses were given. Results: The total effective rate was 86.0% and 19. 4% in treatment group and control group respectively ( P < 0.005) .Conclusion: JSC possesses marked antiviral effect for CAHC.
